About Your Liver

Your liver, the largest internal organ in the body, is located in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, immediately under the diaphragm.

There are over 100 known liver diseases. The most common ones are gallstones, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, cancer of the liver and some children's liver diseases.
