  Community Information Toronto is a community-based nonprofit agency providing assessment, information, referral and advocacy. Provides information on social service and government agencies in Toronto.
Community Care Durham
  CCD provides clients with access to a range of valuable services within Durham such as: Meals on Wheels, Transportation, Foot Care, Mental Health Support and In-Home Respite (Caregiver Relief).
Rainbow Health Ontario
  Rainbow Health Ontario is designed to improve access to services and to promote the health of Ontario's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans (LGBT) communities.
