You need a referral from your nephrologist or from your family doctor who suspects you may have glomerulonephritis to become a patient at the Glomerulonephritis Clinic.

Usually the doctor who referred you to the Glomerulonephritis Clinic will contact you with your appointment time. Call the doctor's office if you do not receive information about your appointment within a few weeks.
