To register for any Wellness Activities please do so through the e-Learning system on the Intranet . All courses will be under “Wellness Programs” from the eLearning Catalogue Home page.

If you are having trouble with the e-learning system please follow the instructions below:

1. Call the HELP desk at 4357
2. Email elearning@uhn.on.ca for technical support..
3. Call the Wellness Centre at 416-340-4486.

Not sure if you are Registered?

If you did not receive an email confirmation of your enrollment into a Wellness Program:

1. Log onto e-Learning
2. Click on the arrow beside “Learn” (Top left of screen) and then select ‘Training Schedule’
3. Ensure the ‘View’ (right side of screen) is showing ‘Current Registrations’ to view the programs for which you are registered.

Outlook Attachment not Opening?

1. Phone the Help Desk at ext. 4357, for assistance with this issue.

How to Cancel from an E-Learning Class:
If you need to cancel from a Wellness Class, please:

1. Log onto e-Learning
2. Under the Catalogue of listings, you will find a ‘To Do” section.
3. Click on the class you would like to cancel from.
4. Click on the tab entitled “Other Actions” and select “Cancel Registration”.
5. Click ‘Cancel Marked’ to confirm your cancellation.
6. Your enrollment will be cancelled, the class will be removed from your “To Do” list, and you will receive Outlook Calendar cancellation notices via email.

* Please note: only UHN Staff with valid T-id# and passwords have access to the UHN Corporate Intranet.
