What is eLearning?
eLearning is a training approach that allows the user to train online.


Access your UHN Electronic Patient Record training anytime, anywhere! 24/7 access to online learning, from any computer with high-speed Internet!

All training completed through a simulated UHN Electronic Patient Record application!

No login or password required! Simply go to the eLearning site and begin learning right away!

The program consists of 3 components:

Online – Complete all training online, through a simulated Electronic Patient Record environment! Interactive modules are user-driven, and allow you to learn at your own pace. The online component includes learning and practice modules, as well as a personal self-assessment tool. (Approximate online training time: 1.5-2.0 hours, depending on type of access required)

Declaration Form – Once you have completed the learning and practice modules for Chart Review access, click on the Declaration form link and fill in the information required.  After completing the form, click on “Send”.
This Declaration form is your electronic signature confirming that you have completed the Chart Review modules necessary for access.
Bring a copy of your confirmation along with the ID Verification form, EPR Access form and your R.E.B. letter (if you are in research) to Data Security during testing hours for your ID and Password set up.

In-class Test – Allied Health/Speech Language Pathologists and Spiritual Care staff:
Once you have completed the Supplemental Modules; attend an Applied Knowledge Test session. You must successfully complete the in-class test to be granted access to Electronic Patient Record system. (Approximate testing time: 20-30 mins).  No registration is required.  Please review the eLearning Testing Centre Hours posted in the Course & Testing schedule link on the right hand side of this page.
