Cancer Genetics – We offer assessments and counselling related to a variety of cancer syndromes, including those involving the kidneys, endocrine glands, cancers of the head and neck, and prostate cancer.
Cardiogenetics – We accept referrals for patients with a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), dysrhythmias, congenital heart defects, or genetic syndromes with cardiac involvement.
General Genetics - Our general genetics clinic encompasses every aspect of medicine, from head to toe. Patients receive genetic evaluations and genetic counselling, including the discussion, organization, and interpretation of genetic tests.
Metabolic Genetics - We provide diagnosis, management, genetic counselling and education to adults with inherited metabolic disorders. We follow adults who have been transferred from pediatric facilities. We also accept new referrals for adults with suspected metabolic conditions.
Neurogenetics – Genetic assessments are available but not limited to individuals with epilepsy, ataxias, dementias, leukodystrophies, poliodystrophies, structural brain malformations, movement disorders, and spastic paraplegia.
Thrombophilia – We are available to provide genetic counselling, education, genetic testing and research opportunities to individuals and families with a genetic predisposition to venous blood clot formation.
