STILL OUT IN THE COLD: Women, Homelessness and the Hospital
Homelessness is an important and growing problem in Toronto. In this mini round, Dr Vicky Stergiopoulos discusses the health, mental health and addiction treatment needs of homeless individuals. While much is being done, there are gaps in service that still need to be addressed. Identifying future policy and program directions is the route to capitalizing on the opportunities for improved service.
