Warning Signs - Suicide

Suicide- A mental health concern that sometimes accompanies the difficulty in coping with mood or psychotic disorders.

If you or someone you know are experiencing these symptoms or warning signs seek medical attention:

Talking about  killing oneself
Talking and thinking about death

Feelings of  hopelessness, worthlessness

Putting affairs in order even changing a will
Feelings of extreme sadness,  trouble sleeping and eating
sudden change from extreme sadness to a calm and happy demeanour
Losing interest in things one used to care about
Visiting or calling people to say goodbye
