Warning Signs - Major Depression

Major Depression - A mood disorder accompanied by at least 5 of the following symptoms including feelings of sadness, hopelessness, lack of energy agitation, sleep disturbance, appetite change or suicidal thoughts

If you or someone you know are experiencing these symptoms or warning signs seek medical attention:

Spending much of the day in bed 
Constant feelings of worry and anxiety 
Thinking negative thoughts 
Extremes in appetite— constant eating or no hunger at all.
Sleep disturbance 
Flat or low feeling; no motivation 
Crying and feelings of extreme sadness 
Less interest in social or physical activities, including sex
