How to submit a specimen
For information on how to submit a specimen, including proper specimen collection, handling and storage information, please contact the LMP Call Centre at 416-340-4800 Ext. Labs (5227) or toll free at 1-866-865-Labs.

Please note that the Laboratory Medicine Program adheres to the practice of Universal Precautions and the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, therefore samples must have appropriate labelling and packaging.
