Strategic Planning

Over the course of the last year, UHN has been extremely active in developing its Strategic Plan. This process has included five main parts:

1. A detailed analysis of the health care environment by the Strategic Planning Task Forces;
2. The approval of seven Program Groupings and the Core Clinical Services for organizing clinical activity;
3. The review and development of a new Vision;
4. The development of activity targets to guide UHN's clinical volumes over the next five years.
5. Synthesis of the Strategic Directions document
