A project of this magnitude is never the result of one person’s efforts but rather the result of the collaboration of many. The Nursing Informatics team would like to acknowledge and thank UHN Nursing in particular for their cooperation, collaboration and good will throughout this project. Nursing participants responded quickly to our requests for participation, were an excellent source of information and kindly donated their time to this project.

Most of the photographs on this website are the work of Jane Lee. Jane is a CVICU nurse and has been a long time employee of UHN. She has recently been pursuing her artistic side by taking photography courses at Ryerson University and generously donated her time to take photographs for this project.
