Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Policy and Procedures
UHN is committed to providing goods and services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. This Guideline is in accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ont. Reg. 429/07, developed under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

Interpretation Services
Health Care Interpretation is a free service available to all clinical programs and services at the University Health Network. UHN Health Care Interpreters deliver, as faithfully as possible; messages transmitted between hospital/health care service providers and patient/family members who do not share a common language.
